Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us. When you submit the contact form on this site, that is your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, the role you selected, your sport or activity, your stated goal, and whatever you write in the message field.

We do not ask for payment details through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact us on your behalf.

Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is ordinary server logging and is used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, to arrange and deliver coaching services, and to keep in touch with you about the training you have asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them for that purpose. You can ask us to delete yours at any time using the contact details below.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf and holds them until we retrieve them. Netlify also records the standard server logs described above.

Everything else this site needs is served from this site. Our fonts are hosted here instead of being loaded from Google Fonts, so viewing a page here does not tell any font provider that you visited us.

Email we exchange with you is handled through Google, as our business address is a Gmail address. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before they go live. The site keeps two small things in your browser: your answer to the cookie notice, so it does not ask you twice, and, for the length of your visit only, a note that the opening animation has already played.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also clear your browser’s storage for this site at any time, which removes the cookie-notice answer described above.
